Approval of minutes: a. July 14, 2026 Regular City Council Business Meeting. b. July 14, 2026 Special Redevelopment Agency Meeting. c. June 28, 2026 City Council Work Session. 5. Consent agenda: (2 min.) a. Proposed Resolution R626-32 authorizing the Syracuse City Fire Department to enter into a contract for the purchase of an ambulance and authorizing other such action as is necessary in connection therewith. 6. Public hearing: Proposed Ordinance 2026-18 vacating a municipal utility easement in Section 8, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, SLBM. (5 min.) 7. Proposed Ordinance 2026-19 amending Syracuse Municipal Code (SMC) Section 8.30 and 10.20.140 pertaining to final plat approval. (10 min.) 8. Proposed Ordinance 2026-20 amending Syracuse Municipal Code (SMC) Section 10.20.070 pertaining to zoning reversion. (10 min.) 9. Proposed Ordinance 2026-21 adopting Syracuse Municipal Code (SMC) Section 11.15.040 requiring protective headgear when operating e-bikes and e-scooters on public property. (10 min.) 10.
