Notice is being given that the Washington City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. hosted at Washington City Hall located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings.The Public Hearing is for the purpose of the following: Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council General Plan Amendment G-26-04 from LD, OS and NCOM to LD, MD, MHD and CCOM, located approximately at 20 East and south of 2000 South, 20 East and Merrill Road and 240 West and 3090 South. Applicant: Adams Family Farm/Mark Benson. For additional information regarding this item, please contact the Community Development Department at (435) 656-6325 or email zoning@washingtoncity.org. Public comment for this topic may be submitted through the 'Items Available for Public Comment' portal at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings. The public comment portal opens the Friday before the meeting and is available until 5:00 pm on the day preceding the meeting. Virtual or in-person meeting attendance is also welcome. Following the Planning Commission review, the Washington City Council will consider this item at a future public meeting and will receive public comment at that time as part of its deliberation.
