Description/Agenda: Public Hearing of Surplus Property A public hearing will be held on August 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Tooele County Council Chambers at 47 S. Main Street, Tooele, UT 84074 regarding the sale of surplus property located at 74 S 100 E, Tooele, UT 84074, APN# 02-026-0-0028. The proposed purchaser is the State of Utah, Division of Facilities, and the proposed purchase price is $2,500,000. Members of the public are invited to attend and provide comments to Tooele County
