AGENDA PUBLIC HEARING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: RMF OVERLAY ZONE: The Planning & Zoning board is requesting approval from the Town Council for the RMF Overlay Zone. The property is currently zoned as Central Development District (CDD). PUBLIC COMMENT: EXECUTIVE SESSION: ADJOURNMENT: PUBLIC HEARING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: PINNACLE AT FLAMING GORGE DEVELOPER AGREEMENT: The Planning & Zoning board is requesting approval from the Town Council to either approve or deny the applicants' request to develop the Property as a mixed-use subdivision, which shall include both commercial and lodging uses. PUBLIC COMMENT: EXECUTIVE SESSION: ADJOURNMENT: REGULAR MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: GUESTS: EXCUSED: BUSINESS: CONSENT CALENDAR: ADDENDUM: RMF OVERLAY ZONE: The Planning & Zoning board is requesting approval from the Town Council for the RMF Overlay Zone. The property is currently zoned as Central Development District (CDD). PINNACLE AT FLAMING GORGE DEVELOPER AGREEMENT: The Town Council will approve or deny the applicants' request to develop the Property as a mixed-use subdivision, which shall include both commercial and lodging uses. ANNETTE MCRAE: Introduction of candidacy to the Mayor and Town Council, with remarks on the following priorities: Water Doctrine work for headwaters and Daggett communities, rail safety in water sensitive areas, and Promise Me Tomorrow, my mental health and suicide prevention initiative. GARY FARNSWORTH: He would like to discuss what the Town Council intends to do with Stateline Rd. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT: Discussion on the Cooperative Agreement between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands ('FFSL') and the Town of Manila. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 26-08-13 AUTHORIZING BANK SIGNERS: Review and consider approval of a resolution designating the authorized signers for the Town of Manila's bank accounts and financial institutions. The resolution establishes authorized offices, provides for updating bank signature cards when personnel changes occur, and eliminates the need to adopt a new resolution each time an authorized signer changes.
