- NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on the 13th of July, 2026, the Sevier County Commission adopted Ordinance 2026-7-1 adopting a temporary land use regulation prohibiting the acceptance or processing of applications for data centers, data center power plants, and solar power plants for a period of 180 days. A complete copy of the ordinance is available for review in the Sevier County Clerk/Auditor Office, 250 N Main, Suite 100, Richfield, Utah.
