- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL AUGUST 7, 2026 11:00 AM Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Temple Olayan is seeking site plan approval for the Greenway Apartments to be located in the area of 700 S Greenway Drive (850 W) within the Westfields Central development This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on August 6, 2026. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes. Administrative Approval meeting agendas are available through the Utah Public Meeting Notice website at www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html.
