Approve minutes of the previous meeting b. Approve purchase orders, payroll and payment of bills c. Licenses and permits PUBLIC COMMENTS COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS a. Fire Department Report b. Millard County Commission Report c. Report of Freedom Foundation (FFA) experience - Gage Stevens and Emily Stevens OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly approve bid submitted for landfill track loader lease b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 26-14 enacting a code enforcement policy. c. Discuss and possibly ratify Mayor Hare decision to enter into a contract with Division of Forestry regarding water and wastewater as it relates to the Widemouth 2 wildfire d. Discuss and possibly approve inclusion of Qwik Trip development in the Inland Port Authority area - Jenna Draper (Utah Inland Port Authority) e. Discuss and possibly approve a large equipment purchase under the emergency declaration which would allow emergency procurement COUNCIL/CITY ATTORNEY/MAYOR DEPARTMENT REPORTS (Identification of issues for consideration on future agendas)
