Kanosh Town will hold two separate public hearings on August 12th, 2026 at the Kanosh Town Hall located at 55 North Main Street, Kanosh. An Enterprise Fund Hearing at 6:30PM will address fund transfers to the water fund, followed by a Budget Amendment Hearing to adjust the budget items from these transfers as well as other budget amendment items. Public Notice Details Notice of Enterprise Fund Hearing Date & Time: August 12th, 2026 at 6:30 PM Location: Kanosh Town Hall, 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, UT 84637 Purpose: Pursuant to Utah Code § 10-5-107.5, the Kanosh Town Council will hold a public hearing separate and independent from other proceedings to discuss and receive public input regarding: -The proposed transfer of Capital Project funds into the Water Enterprise Fund. -The proposed transfer of funds from the Electric Enterprise Fund into the Water Enterprise Fund. -Review of the required enterprise fund accounting data and the percentage of fund expenditures represented by each transfer. Notice of Budget Amendment Hearing Date & Time: August 12th, 2026 at 6:45 PM Location: Kanosh Town Hall, 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, UT 84637 Purpose: Pursuant to Utah Code § 10-5-108, the Kanosh Town Council will hold a public hearing to discuss an amendment to the municipal budget. The adjustments will formally incorporate the aforementioned enterprise fund transfers into the active budget and alter other line items from the original adopted budget as well. All interested residents are invited to attend and provide public comment.
