PARK CITY COUNCIL MEETING SUMMIT COUNTY, UTAH August 13, 2026 The Council of Park City, Utah, will hold its regular meeting in person at the Marsac Municipal Building, City Council Chambers, at 445 Marsac Avenue, Park City, Utah 84060. Request to Authorize the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Park City Senior Citizens Inc. in a Form Approved by the City Attorney's Office, Not to Exceed $100,000 for Two Years, for Senior Center Administrative Services 2. Request to Approve the Nonprofit Services Advisory Committee's Recommendations for Emergent Community Needs Grant Awards for a Total of $27,500, to the Following Nonprofit Organizations: Park City Community Foundation, Peace House, Inc., and Bridge21 Park City, Corp. 3. Request to Authorize the City Manager to Execute an Agreement in a Form Approved by the City Attorney's Office with Shuttle Bus Leasing, Not to Exceed $339,500 to Purchase Eight Previously Leased 35-Foot Low-Floor Diesel Buses and Spare Engine/Transmission Assembly 4. Request to Authorize the City Manager to Execute an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Ineo Systrans USA Inc., in a Form Approved by the City Attorney's Office, to Increase the Total Contract Value by $180,000 for a Revised Not-to-Exceed Amount of $1,380,000 for Computer Aided Dispatching and Automated Vehicle Location (CAD/AVL) Technology for Transit Buses 5. Request to Approve the Temporary Construction and Perpetual Easement Agreements at the Appraised Value of $970,600 for the Citywide Bus Stop Improvement Project 6. Request to Adopt Resolution 15-2026, a Resolution Adopting Revised Procurement Rules for Park City Municipal Corporation VII. OLD BUSINESS 1. Consideration to Advance the Little Kate Road Project into Final Design for the Preferred Alternative (A) Public Input VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Consideration to Approve Ordinance No. 2026-19, an Ordinance Amending the Land Management Code to Streamline Condominium Plat Amendments by Shifting Review from the Planning Commission to Staff; to Align with Senate Bill 284 Local Land and Water Modifications; to Update the Transportation Impact Study Guidelines and Establish Transportation Demand Management Criteria to Clarify Project Review and Traffic Mitigation; and to Amend Regulations for Types and Materials of Fences in Residential Historic Districts (A) Public Hearing (B) Action IX.
