NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE Centerville City The Centerville City is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. The Centerville City tax on a $610,000 residence would increase from $381.46 to $440.85, which is $59.39 per year. The Centerville City tax on a $610,000 business would increase from $693.57 to $801.54, which is $107.97 per year. If the proposed budget is approved, Centerville City would receive an additional $369,103 in property tax revenue per year as a result of the tax increase. If the proposed budget is approved, Centerville City would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 15.61% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. The Centerville City invites all concerned citizens to a public hearing for the purpose of hearing comments regarding the proposed tax increase and to explain the reasons for the proposed tax increase. You have the option to attend or participate in the public hearing in person or virtually. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: 8/25/2026 6:00 PM Location: Centerville City Hall City Council Chambers 250 N. Main St. Centerville To obtain more information regarding the tax increase, citizens may con tact the Centerville City at 801-295-3477 or visit www.centervilleutah.gov Instructions for virtual participation in the public hearing will be available at www.centervilleutah.gov no later than 24 hours before the public hearing is scheduled to begin.

Centerville City, in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, provides accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those citizens in need of assistance, including hearing devices. Persons requesting these accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, or events should call Bryce King, Administrative Services Director, at 801-295-3477,giving at least 24 hours notice prior to the meeting.
