NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18th day of August, 2026, at the hour of 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers of the Murray City Hall, 10 East 4800 South, Murray, Utah, the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a Public Hearing on and pertaining to text amendments amending and renumbering sections17.76.030, 17.76.050, 17.76.060, 17.76.070, 17.76.080, 17.76.090, 17.76.100, 17.76.110, 17.76.120, 17.76.130, 17.76.140, 17.76.150, 17.76.160, 17.76.165,17.76.170, 17.76.180, 17.76.190 and enacting a new section 17.76.040 of the Murray City Municipal Code relating to new Land Uses and Classification requests. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed text amendments as described above. DATED this 7th day of August 2026. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder, 801-264-2660. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.

Other Information

The Council meets the first and third Tuesday of each month. An annual meeting schedule is adopted and published in a newspaper of general circulation at the beginning of the year. Meeting agendas are also published on the City's website, as are approved
