PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Conditional Use Permit for Well Completion
In accordance with Utah Code the Ballard Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Sept 1, 2026, at 6:15 p.m., at the Ballard City Offices. Ballard Planning and Zoning will take public comment in support and opposition to SM Energy Company, proposal of completion and operation of the well in the NENE of section 35-T2S-R1W; Ballard City, UT.
