The Town Council of Fairfield, Utah, shall hold a Public Hearing
on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter, at the Town Office, 121 West Main Street, Fairfield, Utah

The purpose of the hearings are to receive comments for Ordinances relating to the items listed below:
The Fairfield Town Council will conduct a separate Public Hearing for each of the following:
An ordinance establishing the salary and compensation for Fairfield's Town Manager/Chief Administrative Officer, as required by Utah Code ยง 10-3-818.
An ordinance adopting the annual compensation schedule for Fairfield's elected officials, appointed officials, and town employees.
A Resolution Amending the Consolidated Fairfield Fee Schedule.
A Resolution Adopting the Amended Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

Printed copies are available if needed during office hours. To provide public comment, email sshelley@fairfieldtown-UT.gov. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearing.
