Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALE OF IMPOUNDED LIVESTOCK Pursuant to Utah Code § 4-25-401, notice is hereby given that the Tooele County Sheriff's Office has impounded the following livestock: Animals: One (1) black goat One (1) black and white goat Date Found: July 31, 2026 Date Impounded: August 4, 2026 Location Found: SR-138, Grantsville, Utah Any person claiming ownership of these animals must contact the Tooele County Sheriff's Office at 435-882-5600 and reference Case No. 26-S05619. Satisfactory proof of ownership must be provided, along with payment of reasonable costs incurred for the care and keeping of the animals. If the animals are not claimed before the sale date, they will be sold at public auction in accordance with Utah Code § 4-25-401.
