- The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on July 7, 2026: Ordinance 2026-19 approving the Grant B. Kohler Trust Annexation and designating zoning to apply to the annexation property. Ordinance 2026-20 repealing Midway City Code Section 5.02.120 regarding fireworks and enacting Title 5, Chapter 5.07, General Fire and Fireworks Restrictions.
