PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Recreation Committee will hold a Regular Meeting at 6:30 pm, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628.
The agenda for the meetings is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.)
6:30 pm Regular Meeting.
1. Proposal for Ballfield.
2. Where to put the tables up at the City Park for the Jubilee.
3. Porta Potties.
4. Extra Garbage Cans.
5. See if anyone can find Raffle Items.
6. Where to put Vendors.
7. Other Business.
8. Adjournment.
