- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF SPECIAL EMERGENCY MEETING OF THE KANOSH TOWN COUNCIL DATE: August 4, 2026 TIME: 8:30 PM LOCATION: Kanosh Town Hall, located at 55 North Main. Street, Kanosh, Utah **Please park in the church parking lot - fire crews will need use of parking next to the park and town hall. PUBLIC NOTICE: Pursuant to Utah Code ยง 52-4-202, notice is hereby given that the Town Council will hold a Special Meeting. This notice and agenda have been posted at least 24 hours in advance on the Utah Public Notice Website, at the principal office of the public body, and provided to local media. PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss the fire incident as well as the preparations and ready status of probable flood event. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Wenda Crabb ROLL CALL TO ESTABLISH A QUORUM PRAYER: Council Member Dan DeGraffenried PLEDGE: Council Member Josh Whitaker *Fire Incident Discussion *Capital Losses - Rancher's current report *Flood Abatement Plan CCI - Outline plan for diverting water Kanosh Town - Report on ready status in a flood event ADJOURN
