NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WOODLAND HILLS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Office, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to Title 11.4.5 of the Woodland Hills City Code. The proposed amendments address the administration, extension, forfeiture, inspection, acceptance, and release of performance guarantees and durability retainers associated with subdivision improvements. The proposed amendments also include provisions concerning objective inspection standards and inspection fees associated with subdivision construction. The Planning Commission will receive public comments and consider whether to recommend approval, modification, or denial of the proposed amendments to the Woodland Hills City Council. The proposed amendments may be reviewed at Woodland Hills City Hall during regular business hours or by contacting the City Recorder at 801-423-3900 or by emailing recorder@woodlandhills-ut.gov Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Woodland Hills City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the public hearing.
