PUBLIC NOTICE SNYDERVILLE BASIN SPECIAL RECREATION DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR IMPACT FEE ENACTMENT Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District (the 'District'), acting as the District's board of trustees for purposes of Utah Code § 17B-1-111, intends to consider Impact Fee Enactment (Resolution) for Parks, Trails, and Recreation Facilities, pursuant to and in accordance with Utah Code § 11-36a-101 et seq. (the 'Impact Fees Act') and Utah Code § 17B-1-111. PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held before the Administrative Control Board to receive public comment on the proposed Impact Fee Enactment (Resolution) as follows: Date: August 13, 2026 Time: 6:00pm MDT Location: 5715 Trailside Drive Park City, UT 84098 / Virtual Meeting Link: Microsoft Teams meeting Join: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/26209009691303?p=ycQH54lAsXBMHKQfzW Meeting ID: 262 090 096 913 03 Passcode: 7tB3b9kB AVAILABILITY OF DOCUMENTS In accordance with Utah Code § 17B-1-111(1)(a)(ii), which requires the board of trustees to make a copy of the impact fee resolution available to the public at least 10 days before the public hearing, a copy of the proposed Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Enactment (Resolution), together with a summary designed to be understood by a lay person, is available for public review at the following location(s): - District Office: 5715 Trailside Drive Park City, UT 84098 - District Website: basinrecreationutah.gov and utah.gov/pmn/ - Summit County Library - Kimball Junction Branch, 1885 W Ute Blvd, Park City, UT 84098 PUBLIC COMMENT Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide oral or written comment. This notice is given as a Class A Notice pursuant to Utah Code § 63G-30-102, posted at least 10 days before the date of the public hearing on the Utah Public Notice Website (pmn.utah.gov) and on the District's website.
