NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT:
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 8th day of October 2026, at 2:00 p.m., a public demonstration will be conducted in the Millard County Clerk's Office; 765 South Hwy 99, Fillmore, UT 84631 to test the automatic ballot counting equipment for logic and accuracy before any votes are counted. This test is open to the public.

OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE 2026 GENERAL ELECTION
The 2026 General Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Ballots will be mailed to all eligible voters, approximately October 13, 2026. Sign up for text, email, or phone call notification for the status of your mailed ballot at: http://ballottrax.utah.gov/
Voters must be of legal voting age, citizens of the United States, and reside in the precinct in which they are registered. The deadline for registering to vote is Friday, October 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
Voters may verify their registration status, register to vote and/or view a sample ballot online at www.vote.utah.gov. Registered voters who do not receive a ballot, or need assistance, may visit one of the vote centers listed below during Early Voting or on Election Day.
A sample ballot and information pertaining to the logic and accuracy testing of machines and the post-Election Audit may be found at the Clerk's Office or at: https://millardcounty.gov/your-government/elected-officials/clerk/elections/2026-elections/, within the 'Notices/Sample Ballots/Candidates, etc.' dropdown.
If you cannot read or mark a mailed ballot, we can provide assistance or the use of a ballot marking device with accessible features (e.g., audio ballot, touch screen, large print, high contrast); or if you need assistance with voting your ballot or you have ballot issues, please contact the Millard County Clerk's Office 435-743-6223. Ballots may be returned the following ways: By mail (must be received by an election official before 8:00 pm on Election Day to be counted); In person at one of the vote centers listed below; Dropped in one of the ballot drop boxes, locations can be found in the below link.
Most Ballot Drop Boxes are open 24 hours a day up to 8:00 p.m. on Election Day. To find a ballot drop box located in your Town/Reservation visit: https://millardcounty.org/faq/drop-box/
Vote Center Locations - Polls are open on Election Day from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the following locations: Millard County Clerk's Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, UT 84631 and Millard County Satellite Offices 71 S 200 W Delta, UT 84624.
