Notice of statements required under Utah Code §59 2 919(3)(a)(i) regarding the entity's intent to levy a tax rate that exceeds the certified tax rate 3. Pole Canyon Basic Local District is considering levying a tax rate that exceeds the certified tax rate. The proposed tax rate is .001284 4. The dollar amount of additional ad valorem tax revenue generated by the tax increase $200,000 5. The approximate percentage increase of ad valorem tax revenue generated by the tax increase 328% 6. The purpose of what the additional tax revenue generated by the tax increase will be used for maintaining new parks, installing regional infrastructure, covering administrative costs. 7. Property Tax Increase Public Hearing date, time, and location: August 20, 2026, 6:00 PM, Eagle Mountain City Building, 1650 Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005 Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and services for all those in need of assistance.
