- Agenda AMENDED 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Agenda and Minutes: a. June 1st, 2026 Meeting Minutes (July meeting was cancelled) 3. Staff Report a. County Council approval Round 1- Birch Canyon Weed & Seed Resolution 2026-19 (5 Yay, 0 Nay, 2 absent) b. County Council approval Round 1 - Willow Ranch (UALT) Resolution 2026-20 (5 Yay, 0 Nay, 2 absent) c. UALT update: Vivian Christensen Application (Round 1 Resolution 2025-48) was approved for NRCS funding. Next step is appraisals and other documentation. d. UDAF update: Silva Farms Project Application (Resolution 2025-05 Round 1 CC approval 7/0) has secured NRCS funding and is applying for Round 2 approval. e. Summary of Applications and Bond balance. 4. Agenda Items a. Silva Farms Project Round Two Approval (Trenton). b. Discussion - UALT request: 3 smaller applications (Appenzell 1 & 2 & KMB in Hyde Park~40 acres) have obtained NRCS funding. Potential for another adjacent property (~40 acres) to be included in the bundle. c. Discussion - NRCS 'Prime Farmland' qualifier for funding. d. Discussion - Possible additional partners in conservation efforts. 5. Public Comment 6. Other Business a. COSAC table at Cache County Fair - August 5-8 b. Select new September date. (Sept. 7th is Labor Day). 7. Adjourn Meeting Schedule Next regular meeting is anticipated to be scheduled for September TBD, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.
