2. Triple C Secure Storage CUP - A request for a 6-month extension of the effective period of approval to create and operate a Self Service Storage Facility (Use Type 3410).
Regular Action Items
3. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - Bird Family Rezone - A request to rezone a 17.17-acre parcel, located at 1800 S. 5900 W., Mendon, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Rural 2 (RU2) Zone.
4. Wi Fiber/Summit Storage Rezone - A request to apply the Public Infrastructure (PI) Overlay to a 1,193 square foot portion of a 5.93-acre parcel, located at 270 N. 2600 W., Logan, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Continued from May 21st, 2026 meeting.

6. Solar Projects Ordinance Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Codes Title 17, §17.07.030, §17.07.040, §17.09.030, §17.10.050, and creating Chapter 17.12 Solar Projects. Continued from the July 9th, 2026 meeting.
7. Discussion: Wild Game Processing Facility Ordinance Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Codes Title 17, §17.07.030 and §17.09.030, to create a use type that allows for wild game processing facilities.
8. Discussion: Amending frontage requirements in the Forest Recreation (FR40) Zone.
9. Discussion: Adding the surface-fault-rupture special study zone as a geologic hazard that requires a geotechnical report.
