- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Craig Brandt D. Commissioner Comments- Stall of Fame E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $149,279.59. 2. Request for warrants #108759-108818, 497647-497752 and 550-551 in the amount of $888,994.23. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of new business licenses. 5. Request for approval of a new beer license. 6. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on July 28, 2026. 7. Request from the Emergency Management/Homeland Security Department for approval to surplus a 2016 Ford F450 CAB Chassis Medic Truck. 8. Request for approval of an Agreement by and between Weber County and Ogden Nordic, Inc. for snow grooming operations at North Fork Park. 9. Request for approval of a Right-of-Way Purchase Agreement by and between Weber County and Bill and Denise Sanders for widening project, along 2550 South. 10. Request for approval of a Right-of-Way Purchase Agreement by and between Weber County and Brighton Canal Company, LLC for widening project, along 2550 South. 11. Request for approval of the seventh amendment to the Master Services Agreement by and between Weber County and Securus Technologies, LLC to comply with recent Federal Communications Commission regulations. 12. Public hearing to discuss amendments to the operating and capital budget of Weber County for the 2026 calendar year. Presenter: Steffani Ebert 3. Public Comments- (Please limit comments to 3 minutes)- 4. Request for a motion to adjourn public hearing and reconvene public meeting. 5. Action on public hearing. I2- Request for approval of a resolution amending the operating and capital budget of Weber County for the 2026 calendar year. I.
