Public Hearing and potential recommendation regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) and Master Development Plan of two parcels (4.98 acres) located at approximately 100 E & 2000 N (Parcel IDs: 04-083-0116 & 04-083-0115) from the Commercial General (CG) zone to the Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) zone (West Side Transition).
2. PUBLIC HEARING - SUB-2026-09 - Hidden Hollow Subdivision
Public Hearing and potential recommendation regarding the proposed Hidden Hollow Subdivision and associated legislative development agreement containing a proposed code exemption. This subdivision proposal contains 2 building lots located at approximately 2350 E 2700 N (Parcel ID: 04-199-0034).
3. PUBLIC HEARING - ZMA-2026-06 - West 2500 N Gateway Corridor Rezone
Public Hearing and potential recommendation regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) of various properties located west of Main Street with frontage along 2500 North to the 2500 N Gateway Corridor - West zone (GC-W).
4. ZMA-2026-04 - Ashbourne Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) Rezone & Master Development Plan
2nd review and potential recommendation regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) and Master Development Plan of a 9.90 acre parcel located on the northeast corner of 2200 N and 400 E (Parcel ID: 04-061-0037) from the Residential (R-1-12) zone to the Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) zone (East Side Transition).
5. SUB-2026-07 - Altitude Business Park Subdivision
Rereview and potential recommendation regarding a proposed 4-lot commercial subdivision of Parcel ID: 04-062-0027 (~ 250 W 2500 N).

7. ZTA-2026-03 - Proportionate Infrastructure Exactions
Work session discussion regarding a proposed zoning text amendment to Title 12C (Zoning) and the City's Design Standards Technical Manual (DSTM) intended to establish the proportionate exactions required from developments for their connections to existing water, sewer, & stormwater infrastructure.
