BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the
Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah
will meet in public session Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6:00 PM for board meeting at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah
1. Public hearing to establish the retail water rate schedule for Silver Cliffs Subdivision
2. Consider a resolution establishing the retail water rate for Silver Cliffs Subdivision
3. Consider authorizing a conservation easement on a portion of District property as mitigation required by the Army Corp of Engineers for Washington City's Sullivan Park erosion control project
4. Consider approval of a Memorandum of Understanding for WCWCD Funding for Woundfin Care and Production
5. Consider supporting federal legislation authorizing the conveyance of certain federal lands for water reuse and water supply infrastructure
6. Consider approving an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement and Lease Regarding Kolob Reservoir and Management of Kolob Reservoir Facility
7. Consider a resolution authorizing a grant application for Reclamation's WaterSMART Enhancing Water Resources Projects for the Quail Creek Hydro Bypass dissipating value replacement
8. Consider approval of a construction agreement for the TSWS to Chief Toquer pump station project
9. Consider approving the conveyance of property near Sand Hollow Reservoir to Hurricane Valley Fire District for fire and training station
10. Consider approving a Memorandum of Understanding for infrastructure-related projects near Diamond Valley, including water and sewer systems
11. Consider authorizing the disposition of surplus Water District land
