- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request amend a portion of the City of St. George Code, Title 10 (Zoning Regulations), in order to modify the Downtown Live-Work Units Specific Standards (Title 10-17A-21). The applicant is Matt Metcalf Architecture.
