NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public
Hearing on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court
Building located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Public Hearing: Vicinity Plan Amendment - Located at approx. 3300 N 1100 W
(Manila Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Lafe Harris for a vicinity plan amendment, located
within the area delineated by Murdock Canal Trail, 1450 West, 3620 North, and the western
boundary of Pleasant Grove City. Including Parcels #14:004:0362 and 14:004:0365, on
approximately 12.079 acres of land. (Legislative Item)
Public Hearing: Adoption of the Downtown Master Plan
(City Wide)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Pleasant Grove City for the adoption of the Pleasant
Grove Downtown Master Plan. The Pleasant Grove Downtown Master Plan provides a
comprehensive vision, recommendations and priorities for the future of downtown Pleasant
Grove.
