Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Council and the public, that the City Council will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 05, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale City, Utah 84784.
Councilmembers may be participating electronically by video or telephone conference. Members of the public may also participate electronically through the scheduled Zoom meeting.

Truth in Taxation Disclosure: If the proposed budget is approved, HILDALE CITY would receive an additional $210,219 in property tax revenue per year as a result of the tax increase to be used for Police, Fire and General Government expenses.
Public Hearing: The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning a Proposed Property Tax Increase for Hildale City, pursuant to Utah Code ยง 59-2-919.
Action Items: Discussion and Possible Action on Hildale City's Intent to Levy a Tax Rate in Excess of the Certified Tax Rate
