NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) Invocation 2) Proposed Approval of Mayor Pro-Tem 3) Planning & Zoning Recognition – Council Member Brian Jensen 4) White’s Sanitation –Update on Gas Increase 5) Swimming Pool – Possible Approval of Advertisement 6) Review Culinary Water Service for New Homes Outside of City Limits 7) Review Maintenance Contract for Baseball Fields 8) Discuss Utah League of Cities & Towns Convention, April 11-13, 2012, St. George and ULCT Road School, April 25-27, 2012, St. George 9) Fieldstone Academy Review- Proposed Approval 10) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, March 7, 2012, Open and Closed Session, Wednesday, March 21, 2012 Open Session, and Friday, March 23, 2012, Open Session. 11) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 12) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 13) Closed Session 14) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
