Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Hildale City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale City, Utah 84784, to receive public comment regarding the adoption of the Water Conservation Plan dated February 27, 2026. Council members may be participating electronically by video or telephone conference. Members of the public may watch the live stream through the scheduled Zoom meeting. No action will be taken during the Public Hearing.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): NOTE: PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES REQUIRING REASONABLE ACCOMODATIONS SHOULD CONTACT THE CITY RECORDER AT 435.874.2323 AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO MEETING.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: Council Members may be attending by telephone.
Other Information: Agenda items and any variables thereto are set for consideration, discussion, approval or other action. The City Council may, by motion, recess into executive session, which is not open to the public, to receive legal advice from the City attorney(s).
