1. Conditional Use Permit -Andrus Accessory Building Footprint Size - 5420 S COTTONWOOD LANE (R-1-43 ZONE)
Review and consideration of a request for a Conditional Permit allowing construction of a detached accessory building with a footprint size larger than permitted at an administrative/staff level. Item reviewed as an administrative application with consideration of mitigation factors of any potential impacts as per provisions stated in Holladay Ordinance §13.14.030 & 13.08.040 13.14.030 & 13.08.040 File #26-2-06

Review and recommendation to City Council on proposed amendment to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations as they relate to defining Arts and Culture land uses and allowing related uses within the Holladay Village Zone. A legislative action, according to §13.07.
