AGENDA ITEMS:
- Paul Crookston - application for water building at 184 S 200 E. Motion: Vic motioned to approve. Motion seconded by Sue and passed unanimously.

Paperwork in probate for Ken Alder. Motion: Motion by Sue to approve application. Motion seconded by Vic and passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
- Paul Crookston has expressed interest in becoming a member of the Planning Commission and become involved in the community. He has expertise in electrical, but not much on construction or planning and zoning. In addition to Paul, we would also like to have one more member of the planning commission.

TOWN COUNCIL REPORT - Doug Nowell: Frank Crowder has been approved and is waiting on the engineer to complete the paperwork. He does not plan on selling water meters to the purchasers of the lots. When paperwork is complete, he only needs to meet with Vic and the town council to change the zoning ordinance. Property has been surveyed and staked.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion: Motion by Vic to adjourn. Motion seconded by Doug and the meeting was adjourned at 5:39 pm.
