OLD BUSINESS: Gretchen Northcott: was requesting a building permit for her lot located at 77 N Main Street. Brian made the motion to approve the building permit, Randall seconded. NEW BUSINESS: Kevin Clegg is requesting a building permit for an out building (Garage) on 35 E Glades Way. The Pinnacle is requesting a lot re-zone: The lot is currently zoned Central Development District (CDD) and is proposed to be re-zoned to RMF Overlay. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT: NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting shall notify Mattee Forbes at the Town office (435-784-3143), at least 24 hours before meeting.
