Description/Agenda

PROVO CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids for Construction of the 2026 Slate Canyon Storm Drain Improvements project Bid No. PR2026001014. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. August 18, 2026, through online means of U3P (Bonfire). WORK PRIMARILY CONSISTS OF: Removal and disposal of asphalt, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, storm drain pipe, and storm drain structures; installation of storm drain pipe, storm drain manholes, flared end sections, rip-rap aprons, concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, water line loops, telecommunication loops, grading, and asphalt paving. The Bid Schedule consist of Schedules A, B, and C. The OWNER reserves the right to award any individual schedule, any combination of schedules, or all schedules, as deemed to be in the OWNER's best interest and subject to the availability of funds. No guarantee is made that any particular schedule will be awarded. COMPLETION OF WORK: The WORK must be completed by October 15, 2026. OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Request for Qualifications, and Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, may be obtained online at Bonfire (www.purchasing.utah.gov) July 28, 2026. MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Will be held August 11, 1:00 p.m. at Provo City Public Works 1377 S 350 E, Provo, UT 84606. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION: Posted on Bonfire beginning July 28, 2026 through August 18, 2026.
