- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A ZONE CHANGE FROM A-l TO R-2 FOR THE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY PCP TRUST, LLC LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 825 W & 100 S, COMPRISING 14.71 ACRES (SEE ATTACHED) Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, August 5th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public meeting to receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change to the parcel of property located at 825 W and 100 S, owned by PCP Trust, LLC (Parcel #A-0026-0027-0000). The property owner has requested a change from Agricultural Zoning (A-l) to Residential 2 (R-2). CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 30th day of July, 2026.
