Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zoning code change to 10.12.4(B)(2) PUD Overlay Zone and Development Code to include the CU2 zone as a zone allowed to have a Planned Unit Development if all other criteria are met.
