Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Rick Carlton and Matt Evans for All lots in the Bryce Landing Plat B subdivision and Lots 2,3,4, & 5 of Plat A. From the: CU1 (Combined Use 1) zone To the: CU2 (Combined Use 2) zone with a PUD overlay A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
