Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the city council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by: All property owners on Block 14 Plat D of the Nephi Township Survey to rezone all properties within the boundaries spanning from 500 to 600 E and Center Street to 100 S From the: R1-1/4 Zone (Residential Single Family 1/4 acre minimum lot, 80 feet frontage) To the: R1-1-8 Zone (Residential Single Family 8,000 sf minimum lot, 70 feet frontage) A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
