Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Council and the public, that the City Council will hold a public hearing during the regular Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale, Utah 84784, to receive public comment on the proposed declaration and disposition of the following City-owned real property as surplus: 1. 325 E Newel Ave, Parcel No. HD-SHCR-9-28 2. 1340 West Uzona Ave, Parcel No. HD-HDIP-27 The City Council is considering declaring these parcels surplus to the needs of the City and authorizing their disposition pursuant to Utah Code § 10-8-2(4) and Hildale City Code § 31-84. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing to comment, or submit written comments to the City Recorder's office at recorder@hildalecity.gov prior to the hearing.
