Description/Agenda: LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Thursday August 13, 2026 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall, 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning properties owned by R&K Properties located approx. 3600 W 1975 N, Parcels-19-035-0026,19-035-0017,15-010-0003,15-010-0004. The Petitioner has proposed that the properties be rezoned from RE-20 to RE-15. The second is to amend Chapter 8 Regulations Applicable to all Zones 10-8-6. More information may be obtained at the City Office. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address. The hearing will also be accessible via ZOOM.
