Description/Agenda: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR WEST HAVEN CITY & WEST HAVEN SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT West Haven City ('City') and the West Haven Special Service District ('District') invite law firms and individual attorneys to submit proposals to provide legal services to the City and the District. The specific legal services include the City's Civil Work, the City's Prosecutor Work in the Justice Court, and the District's Civil Work. The legal services that the City and the District desire to procure are severable, such that the City and the District may award separate contracts to two or more Law Firms or Attorney(s) to provide the scope of legal services. The deadline for submitting a proposal is August 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST).
