Description/Agenda
The Nibley City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings to receive comments on the following action items:
Ordinance 26-12: Adopting NCC 19.50 Expiration of Inactive Applications
Ordinance 26-13: Amending NCC 19.24.150 Permitted Signs, Including Provisions Related to Political and Temporary Signage, Setbacks, and Permit Requirements
When: Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 6:30 PM MT
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S, NIBLEY, UT 84321-6337
A full report will be posted on the City's website (www.nibleycity.gov) and the Utah Public Notice Website (www.utah.gov/pmn/) by August 10, 2026, as part of the Planning and Zoning Commission's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website and the Utah Public Notice Website when they become available. Applicants or interested parties should submit written, printed, and/or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM on the Wednesday prior to the meeting (i.e. August 12, 2026) to allow the Planning and Zoning Commission adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to talonb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
