Description/Agenda

In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on July 27, 2026: Ordinance 26-51, Amending the Olympus Hills West Village Center Special District (OHW-VCSD) Zone, as it Pertains Specifically to Property Located at 3962 South Wasatch Boulevard, by Adding a Development Agreement to the Zone. This ordinance provides a development agreement for a mixed use development. Ordinance 26-52, Amending Title 18 of the Millcreek Municipal Code for the Purpose of Making Technical Corrections. This ordinance provides technical corrections to Millcreek Code Title 18. Ordinance 26-53, Rezoning Certain Property Located at Approximately 1312 East 3300 South from the Commercial (C) Zone to the City Center Overlay - Development Agreement (CCOZ-DA) Zone. This ordinance rezones property subject to the development agreement in Ordinance 26-54. Ordinance 26-54, Approving a Development Agreement for a Residential Mixed Use Development on Approximately 1.75 Acres of Real Property Located at Approximately 1312 East 3300 South. This ordinance approves a development agreement for a mixed use development as part of the rezone in Ordinance 26-53. Ordinance 26-55, Amending Section 14.12.110 and 14.20.020 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances Regarding Vehicular Access Requirements and Street Development. This ordinance provides amendments to Millcreek Code Title 14 for four-household dwellings and multiple-household dwellings.
