Notice is given that the Stockton Town Council will hold a regular meeting as identified below in the Town Council Chambers at the Stockton Town Hall 18 N. Johnson Street, Stockton, Utah. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, any individual who may need special accommodations including auxiliary communicative and services during this meeting shall notify the Town Clerk at (435) 882-3877 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The order of Agenda Items may be changed if deemed appropriate by the Mayor or Town Council. Time limits, if any listed for Agenda items are approximate and may be accelerated or delayed.

4. Public Comment 3-5 minutes- Griffiths- 266 so old county rd, asking for approval for 40x40 garage, 2400 modular home. Currently living in RV. Will come back with permit. need to make sure property lines and water lines and easements are taken care of, we don't see a problem.
Jenny Orr-Map of property old church property, Possibly get a conditional use permit for goats and sheep to take care of the weeds during the summer. Will put in fencing to keep separated. Will need to look in to the conditional use permit. this is in addition to storage. Using what is behind the fence for animals and also putting storage space in. amount of animals ?? Lets meet next month and verify where you want everything. Sheeps and Goats.

Pig permit, No issue, we never issued a pig permit since 2020. Pig permit allows for a permit from March to October.
Rezoning application was handed out.
Rezone application should be $1500
Fees for building permits. Checking on past fees.
