- NOTICE OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara City Council at its meeting of July 22, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 2026-14 - An Ordinance approval to update City Code 12.24.100 Restriction on Burial. 2. Ordinance No. 2026-15 - An Ordinance to approve Rezone and Site Plan for 2998 Santa Clara Drive. 3. Ordinance No. 2026-16 - An Ordinance to approve of Adoption of Chapter 17.08, Definitions. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinance may be seen at the office of the Santa Clara City Recorder, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765. Posted 7/28/26
