Description/Agenda: Public Notice Car Wash Code Text Amendment The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Francis City Hall, located at 2317 So. Spring Hollow Road. The purpose of the hearing is to review a code text amendment application for a Car Wash on parcel RT 32-5. The public is welcome to attend and make comment.
