NOTICE OF HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday August 06, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: - The rezone of approximately 1.6 acres of property from the AE (Agriculture Estates) zone to the BP (Business Park) zone and Consideration of the Conceptual Plan for the Mountain View Business Park project consisting of a daycare and office building at 77 and 111 South 650 W. - Amendments to Chapter 11-14 to update minimum lot and setback standards as well as height standards in the BP (Business Park) zoning district.
