NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinance:
Ordinance 26-10-Ordinance 26-10-Development Agreement for the Dove Creek Subdivision, a 14-Lot Open Space Subdivision, Located at Approximately 3450 S 450 W, Setting Forth Terms and Conditions for the Development, Including Exceptions to Nibley City Code for Open Space Parcel Size and Trail Requirements (Posted 7-27-26)
When: August 6, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the Nibley City website by Tuesday, August 4, 2026, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to cherylb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
