**HANNA WATER & SEWER IS SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE & BILLING SERVICES CONTRACTOR**
Hanna Water & Sewer is accepting applications for a dependable, organized professional to provide customer service, utility billing, recordkeeping, and administrative support.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Answer and respond to customer phone calls and messages
- Assist customers with billing and account questions
- Prepare and coordinate monthly water and sewer billing
- Record payments and maintain accurate customer accounts
- Prepare delinquency notices and account reports
- Maintain organized district records and documents
- Assist with Board meeting materials and administrative tasks
- Track reporting deadlines and help prepare required compliance documentation
- Coordinate with Board members, district operators, accountants, and other service providers
- Protect confidential customer and district information
**Ideal Qualifications:**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with billing, bookkeeping, office administration, or customer accounts
- Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and billing software
- Able to work independently and meet recurring deadlines
- Dependable, professional, and trustworthy
- Experience with a utility, public entity, or local government organization is preferred but not required
